Template

Templates define the metadata fields that you will use to capture information about the parts of your collection(s). There are two types of templates: containers and items. Containers reflect the organizational structures of your collection(s). They can mirror physical structures, such as boxes and folders or cabinets and shelves, or represent abstract concepts, such as series and sub-series. Items are the individual artifacts and objects that make up your collection.
