Users/passwords, the status of your account's indexing, and other account administration-related features are all available on the Administration view. Depending on the level of access granted to each user, these features may change. The administrative controls, with the exception that "Groups" only shows if the admin account has the Groups feature activated.

An overlay describing the account export process would appear after clicking "account export." The procedure is started by clicking the start button. Once the process has begun for each item type, progress indicators will inform you how the bulk updates are progressing. From there, you may click a link to reach the detailed export status screen for that item type. The Bulk Updates panel also provides access to the export statuses.

Users
Your Odyssey accounts can be managed using the Users tool. You will see a list of Odyssey users, with at least your own account listed, depending on the level of your account. Each user has access to three action icons from this list: edit, impersonate, and delete. You can access the edit user view by clicking the edit (pencil) button. (The Account menu (person icon) at the top right of the Dashboard screen also provides access to this page for your specific account.)

The controls to add a user are added by adding a dummy user. Accounts is the first control, and it offers the option of selecting all accounts.

In addition to modifying personal information, the edit user view enables you to specify the function of each user as well as choose the kind of account and account status from drop-down choices. The page's top bar has tabs for Basic, Password, Notifications, Roles, Integrations, and PastPort. The current screen matches to the highlighted tab.

In Odyssey, there are three different user types:
Owner - has administrative and editorial skills
User - has editing capabilities
Reader: only has the ability to view
By selecting the "Change Password" button, you can modify your password. Other choices include controlling Google Drive integration and turning on two-factor authentication.
You can impersonate a user account if you have access to the owner's account. either the button on the edit page or the icon on the user page can be clicked.
