Going to the collection index and seeing a specific collection filled with numerous items, for example, if a user returns to the report index and decides to make a new report, a user can select e.g. a "collection item report" and click the next button.




When the next button is clicked, the user is taken to a configure report screen, where they must provide a name for the report and select a display format (PDF, Spreadsheet, or on-screen), as well as select which collection item they want to produce a report on, and then click the action button "create report."



When you click the Create Report button, you are directed to a progress screen. It made available all items contained inside that specific collection.


 

When the progress has been completed, a display screen with an action button that says access report appears.



When you click the access report button, a new tab appears in your browser with a list of items under that particular collection via link, and when you click any of them, you are directed to the specific item under that collect in Odyssey. As a result, instead of presenting the result within Odyssey, it displays the index.
