It is essential to enter a loan number that is not in use at the moment in order to preserve data integrity. To help with this, the system shows a visual signal to the right of the number. When the signal becomes green, it means that you can utilize the chosen loan number. It is crucial to remember that loan numbers are different from accession numbers, and that loan records—rather than accessions—are the domain where uniqueness is particularly verified.
