A perform activity tracking function is accessible under the Incoming Loan screen to monitor various duties linked with your loan. Click the "Activities Tab" to access the detailed list of activities.

Loan-related activities include critical responsibilities such as getting signed Loan Agreement forms, negotiating insurance arrangements, preparing condition reports, and managing item renewals or returns. The system makes it easier to organize and monitor these actions, which streamlines the loan management process.

The system allows you to keep a full record of loan activity right on the Incoming Loan screen. This record offers a detailed description of each task, including assignment, due date, and completion status.

Activity Editing And Document Access

When you click the edit icon for each activity, the Action Details Overlay appears. This overlay is deliberately pre-populated with the current state of the corresponding activity. It is critical to test this feature in a number of states to assure its strong performance.

There is a convenience link labeled "Access the letter for this activity" within the overlay for each of the three activities. By clicking this link, a letter related to the activity can be opened. It's crucial to remember that the letter is originally empty. When you click the "Access the letter for this activity" link, the letter opens in a new tab in Microsoft Word or Google Docs without any problems. The particular platform for spreadsheet and document access is determined by the user's account preferences.

Using an account that isn't connected to any document providers is advised when carrying out this operation. This deliberate disconnection should need authentication, so even in cases where the account is not connected directly, the system will still enable access to the letter upon authentication.

Editing And Saving Of Letter Changes

The content of the letter can be edited by users. A few clicks on the "Access the letter" link after making the necessary changes and closing the editing window should bring up the revised letter. Users may keep up-to-date and accurate documentation for every activity with this dynamic feature.
