The controls for the Search Forms display on this tab and are already filled with all of the current values. This is the active screen, as shown by the control on the left. On the left-hand column, more control sets are displayed and clickable. All of the account's Search Forms are displayed in the "Search Everywhere" control.
The selections for "More search forms" are displayed to be all of the search forms in the account. The search forms that are displayed on the DAM site under the "Search" menu item are determined by these.
