Insurance Tab

Modified on Wed, 6 Mar, 2024 at 2:07 AM

When you click on the Insurance Tab, form controls showing current values load on the page. The Insurance Date box allows users to easily enter data, and the system only accepts genuine dates. Likewise, only currency values are accepted in the Insured Value box.

The system verifies entries to guarantee data accuracy. The Insurance Date field accepts only valid dates, while the Insured Value field only allows values expressed in currency. The Edit button will display a green data indicator if data entering is successful. This gives a visible signal that the insurance details have been input for the loan.

Additionally:

Users can edit the insurance fields on associated catalog records for better catalog record management. After entering and saving data on the Insurance page, you can accomplish this by selecting the "Transfer Insurance Information to Catalog Records" button. The uniformity and effectiveness of handling insurance details across loan and catalog records are ensured by this streamlined procedure.
