Template Usage Icon

When you select the Template Usage icon, an overlay appears, dynamically displaying all templates where the current list is actively employed. Each template is presented as a text link, which, when clicked, seamlessly navigates you to the specific template's fields within the template index, illustrating the list's integration across your data structures.

Content (List Entries) Icon

Selecting the Content icon directs you to the dedicated index page for that list's entries. This detailed table presents individual list items, offering robust options to sort and organize by order, item name, date created, and date edited.

Edit Icon

Clicking the Edit icon from the main List View allows you to directly modify the core properties of the list itself. Here, you can update the list's Name and Description by entering text into the designated fields. This section also provides critical Visibility Settings for a given list, along with options to Share with Groups (Consortia function) and Allow Duplicate Names when importing, enabling fine-tuned control over data integrity and collaboration.

Import History Icon

When you click the Import History icon, a dedicated window appears, displaying a comprehensive log of the most recent modifications and updates made to that specific data list. This feature provides essential transparency and auditability for your metadata management processes.

Delete Icon

Selecting the Delete icon initiates a crucial step in list management. Upon clicking, a clear confirmation prompt will appear, asking you to confirm your intent to delete the list. This safeguard ensures that all actions are intentional, protecting the integrity of your metadata structure. Lists serving as a list source for an item or container template cannot be deleted.
